Your accountant gets what they need without asking us.

Before you start
- A trial has no invoices.
- They carry your workspace name.
- The card and company details are on the Account tab.
Open the Invoices tab.
SettingsInvoices
You will see Every invoice, with its status.
Open one.
View, on the row
You will see A downloadable invoice.
Fix the details.
Settings tab for the name, Account tab for the rest
You will see New invoices carry your details.
If something is off
- No invoices yet
- Nothing has been charged yet.
- The name on the invoice is wrong
- Change the workspace name; new invoices use it.
- I need a VAT number on it
- Add it under Billing details.
Common questions
Can I download an invoice for my accountant?
Yes. On Settings, Invoices, View on the row opens the invoice on Stripe with the detail your accountant needs, and it can be downloaded. It carries your workspace name.
Who on the team can see the invoices?
The owner or an administrator. Settings, Invoices lists every invoice newest first, with the date, the amount and Paid or Open against it.
Where do I change the billing address shown on invoices?
Under Billing details on the Account tab, with the company name and the tax ID, once a plan has started. New invoices carry them; the workspace name itself is on the Settings tab.

Context: Every payment produces an invoice you can open and download. They are listed by date with the amount and the status.
Before you start
1. Invoices appear after the first payment; a trial has none.
2. They carry your workspace name, so set that first if it matters.
3. The card and the company details for invoices are on the Account tab.
Steps
Step 1 of 3: Open the Invoices tab.
Where: Settings, then Invoices. Each row has the invoice, the date, the amount and its status.

You should see: Every invoice, newest first, with Paid or Open against it.
Step 2 of 3: Open one.
Where: View, on the row. The invoice opens with the detail your accountant needs, and can be downloaded.
You should see: A downloadable invoice, with the workspace name on it.
Step 3 of 3: Fix the details.
Where: The workspace name is on the Settings tab; the card is under Payment and the company name, tax ID and address under Billing details, both on the Account tab.

Problem: No invoices yet
Fix: Nothing has been charged. A trial produces none.
Problem: The name on the invoice is wrong
Fix: Change the workspace name; new invoices use it. Issued ones keep the old name.
Problem: I need a VAT number on it
Fix: Add it under Billing details on the Account tab; it appears on invoices issued afterwards.
