Context: The plans on the page cover up to 25,000 comments a month. Above that, Scale plans exist in steps up to 500,000. They are not in the plan picker: you ask for one by writing to support.

1. The public plans stop at 25,000 comments a month, on Elite.
2. Larger plans are arranged by support; the picker on the Account tab stops at Elite.
3. The allowance is per month and shared across every page.
