Real questions answered from your knowledge
Under every ad and post, between the spam, sit the questions that decide a sale: shipping, price, a torn bag. An agent finds them, drafts the answer from what you told it, in the commenter's language, and either waits for you or sends.

A question lands. Four sources, one answer.
The agent decides the comment needs a reply, reads the knowledge, the FAQ, the persona and the tone, and types the answer. In draft mode it waits for you; a personal question goes out as a private message.
Everything an agent can be told and can do
Six fields, two modes, and the places it shows its work.
What an agent is made of
One screen, six fields. The labels are the app's.
- Name and pages
A name, and the pages it covers. A page already covered by another agent is greyed with "Used by {agent}", so nothing answers twice.

- Persona
How it sounds: tone, voice, perspective. Not what to reply to. The showcase barista: warm, short, specific, answer only from the knowledge, otherwise say a human will follow up, reply in the language of the comment.
Persona
- Knowledge
Only factual information about your company, products, prices, policies: pasted in as text. The composer shows Using custom knowledge when it drew on it.

- FAQ
Question and answer pairs, added one at a time, for the answers that must be exact: shipping, subscription, roast dates, damaged bags.

- Intent detection
The question the agent asks itself about every comment to decide whether it needs a reply. Default: "Does the following comment contain a question that needs a reply?" You can rewrite it for your page.

Professional, Funny, Conversational, Casual or Helpful, on top of the persona.

How it replies
Draft first, automatic when you trust it.
- Auto-drafts
Drafts a reply for every matching comment. The row shows Draft, the composer opens with the text in the box, you edit and send. This is the mode the app recommends to start with.
Auto-draftsDrafts a reply for every matching comment. You review and send.Draft
- Auto-replies
Sends on its own. With it come three controls that only make sense when nobody is watching: Archive after replying, Start replies with a mention, and a delay (none, random up to 10 minutes, or fixed 1 to 600 minutes) so replies do not look robotic.

- Live or paused
The switch on the list row. Paused keeps everything and stops both detection and replies; the list shows Auto-drafts, Auto-replies or Paused on each agent.

In the inbox
The agent shows its work where you reply.
- Needs reply
The chip the intent check leaves. Filter the inbox to it, or land on it from the push notification "{n} comments need a reply".

- Generate
With an agent on the page, Generate writes the reply in the composer on demand, from the same knowledge, with the indicator saying whether custom knowledge was used.

- Instructions for one reply
Add instructions and a tone for a single reply without touching the agent.

- In the commenter's language
The draft comes in the language of the comment; Translate the draft picks another if you need it.

What an agent does when it is unsure
Unknown answers, refusals and paused plans, handled.
- The answer is not in the knowledge
- The persona tells the agent to say a human will follow up; in draft mode you see that draft and write the real answer. Nothing is invented from the model's general knowledge.
- No agent covers the page
- The inbox still marks nothing as Needs reply and Generate is not offered; the empty state on the agents page shows what an agent adds ("AI draft ready").
- Two agents want the same page
- Not possible: the page picker greys a page already covered and names the agent that has it.
- Meta refuses the reply
- Auto-replies that Meta refuses temporarily are queued and retried; a comment that can never take a public reply keeps the text for a private message. The row says Auto-reply failed when it gave up.
- Your plan is paused
- Agents pause with it and resume with it; drafts and settings are kept.
- You want to see before you trust
- Start in Auto-drafts (the app says so on the mode switch), read a week of drafts in the inbox, then flip to Auto-replies with a random delay.
Agents answer; rules decide what reaches them
The rules remove spam before the agent reads; automations take the keyword cases; the inbox is where drafts wait.
Questions about agents
Short answers before you create one.
Two things. It reads every new comment on the pages it covers and decides whether it needs a reply (a question, an order problem), which puts the Needs reply chip on the row. And it writes the answer from your knowledge, FAQ and persona, in the commenter's language: as a draft you send, or automatically.
It answers only from what you gave it: the Knowledge text, the FAQ pairs and the persona. When the answer is not there, the persona tells it to say a human will follow up, and the draft stays in the inbox for you.
Your choice per agent. Auto-drafts writes a reply for every matching comment and waits for you (the row shows Draft; Reply opens with the text in the box). Auto-replies sends on its own, with an optional delay, a mention of the commenter, and Archive after replying. The app suggests building trust with drafts first.
Visible comments that need a reply (recommended), all visible comments, or all comments including hidden ones. Separately, you can exclude comments that are just a mention, just an emoji, threaded replies, or that contain specific keywords.
Yes. It answers in the language of the comment; the knowledge can stay in one language. The showcase agent answers Spanish, Portuguese, French and Arabic questions from English knowledge.
As many as you like, account-wide. A page belongs to one agent at most, so two agents never answer the same comment; the page picker shows which agent already has a page.
Yes. In the composer, Add instructions takes a note for that reply only ("mention the 30% off sale", "politely decline the refund") and a tone for that reply; the agent's settings stay as they are.
Insights lists replies by AI agent, per agent by name, with the average response time next to your team and your automations.
