Result when done: You stop paying without losing what you have set up.

Context: Cancelling ends the plan when the period you have paid for finishes. Until then everything runs as normal, and afterwards your workspace stays with its rules and history, with moderation paused.

Before you start

1. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.

2. Nothing is deleted when it ends; moderation pauses.

3. Only the owner can cancel.

Steps

Step 1 of 3: Open the Account tab.

Where: Settings, then Account. Cancel is with the plan controls.

You should see: What you will lose and what is kept, stated before you confirm.

Step 2 of 3: Read what pauses.

Where: The confirmation names the pages that stop being watched and says that your rules, agents and history are kept.

You should see: A clear picture of the day after, not a surprise.

Step 3 of 3: Confirm.

Where: The plan runs to the end of the paid period, then ends.

You should see: The Account tab shows the plan ending on that date.

If something is off

Problem: I changed my mind

Fix: Resume the plan from the Account tab; if the period has not ended nothing was interrupted.

Problem: Will my comments be deleted

Fix: No. Your workspace, rules, agents and history stay.

Problem: Can I pause instead

Fix: Pause the pages you are not watching, which reduces usage without cancelling.

Common questions

Question: Do I get a refund for the rest of the period when I cancel?

Answer: No. Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you paid for; everything keeps working until then, and the current period is not refunded.

Question: Can an administrator cancel the subscription?

Answer: No. Only the owner can cancel. Cancel plan is on the Account tab, under the plan.

Question: Are my pages removed when the plan ends?

Answer: No. The pages stop being watched and moderation pauses, but they stay listed on Settings, Pages with their rules, and choosing a plan again starts them receiving comments. A long pause can expire the Facebook connection, which you reconnect on the Pages tab.
