What are the CommentWatchDog plans and what do they cost?
Starter is $29 a month for 1,000 moderated comments, 3 pages and 3 people; Growth $49 for 3,000 moderated comments, 10 pages and 5 people; Pro $99 for 10,000 moderated comments, 25 pages and 15 people; Elite $199 for 25,000 moderated comments with no limit on pages or people. From Starter, automations reach unlimited contacts. Mini ($9, 300 comments) and Lite ($15, 500) are offered in selected countries. Every plan also brings as many AI credits a month as it has moderated comments. Annual billing gives two months free.
Which features need a higher plan?
Custom AI rules, post cleanup, the DM inbox, DM automations, the flow builder, automations started by a link, translation, saved replies, AI agents and ad insights start on Starter. Bulk cleanup, brand groups, CSV exports, ad reports and limiting teammates to specific pages start on Growth. Comments on ads, the ad comment overview and AI moderation in any language are on every plan.
How long is history kept on each plan?
Mini 7 days, Lite 30, Starter 90, Growth a year, Pro two years and Elite without limit. Older comments are kept and come back when you upgrade.
What does unlimited contacts and DMs mean?
A contact is anyone your automations reach: someone who comments and gets a private reply, sends a keyword in DMs, replies to a story or taps your link. From Starter there is no limit on them and no charge per person; only the comments moderation checks and the AI credits count toward the plan. Fair use applies, as the terms describe.
Is the monthly comment allowance per page or for the whole workspace?
For the whole workspace. The allowance is per month and shared across every page, and the Comments tile on Settings, Account shows what you have used for every page together.

Each covers a number of moderated comments a month, the same number of AI credits, a number of pages and people, how long history is kept, and a set of features: custom AI rules, post cleanup, the DM inbox, DM automations and the flow builder with unlimited contacts, translation and ad insights start on Starter; bulk cleanup, brand groups, exports, ad reports and page-level access start on Growth.
Before you start
1. Comments on ads, keyword and link rules, and AI moderation in any language are on every plan.
2. A plan counts two things: the comments moderation checks, and AI credits for what the AI writes. Contacts, DMs and automation runs never count.
3. The trial runs every feature at Elite level, so pick by what you used.
4. Mini and Lite are offered in selected countries.
5. Mini and Lite can run DM automation live for 7 days, free, once.

Step 2 of 4: Estimate your volume.

Step 3 of 4: Count your pages and people.
Where: Settings, Account, the row Your plan: Pages, People, AI agents and History, each against what your plan holds. The Pages and Users tabs list them one by one. A plan with less room pauses the newest beyond it, and history older than its window is kept but not shown.

If something is off
Problem: Which plan do most advertisers need
Fix: Starter covers one brand: 1,000 moderated comments, 3 pages, 3 people, custom AI rules, post cleanup, the DM inbox, and DM automations with unlimited contacts. Growth is for several pages and a team.
Problem: I need more than 25,000 a month
Fix: Scale plans go up to 500,000 comments a month. They are not in the plan picker: write to support@commentwatchdog.com with your volume.
Problem: What happens on a smaller plan
Fix: What does not fit is paused and the features it lacks close. Nothing is deleted, and an upgrade brings it back.
Problem: What each plan shows about ad comments
Fix: Mini and Lite show the ad comment overview: the Ads tab on each page, every ad with its comments sorted by what people mean. Starter adds ad insights: message the people who want to buy, answer questions, see why people object, spike alerts by push and email, and a written read of each ad. Growth and up add ad reports: every page and brand group in one tab, a written summary of the week in the Monday email and a read-only link to share with a client. Every plan gets the Monday email; what is in it follows the plan.
