What are the CommentWatchDog plans and what do they cost?
Starter is $29 a month for 1,000 comments, 3 pages and 2 people; Growth $49 for 3,000 comments, 10 pages and 5 people; Pro $99 for 10,000 comments, 25 pages and 15 people; Elite $199 for 25,000 comments with no limit on pages or people. Mini ($9, 300 comments) and Lite ($15, 500) are offered in selected countries. Annual billing gives two months free.
Which features need a higher plan?
Custom AI rules, post cleanup, the DM inbox, translation, saved replies and AI agents start on Starter. Bulk cleanup, brand groups, CSV exports and limiting teammates to specific pages start on Growth. Comments on ads and AI moderation in any language are on every plan.
How long is history kept on each plan?
Mini 7 days, Lite 30, Starter 90, Growth a year, Pro two years and Elite without limit. Older comments are kept and come back when you upgrade.
Is the monthly comment allowance per page or for the whole workspace?
For the whole workspace. The allowance is per month and shared across every page, and the meter on Settings, Account shows what you have used for every page together.

Context: Plans differ in more than volume. Each covers a number of comments a month, a number of pages and people, how long history is kept, and a set of features: custom AI rules, post cleanup, the DM inbox and translation start on Starter; bulk cleanup, brand groups, exports and page-level access start on Growth.
Before you start
1. Comments on ads, keyword and link rules, and AI moderation in any language are on every plan.
2. The trial runs every feature at Elite level, so pick by what you used.
3. Mini and Lite are offered in selected countries.

Step 2 of 4: Estimate your volume.
Where: Look at Insights for a busy month: Total comments is the number a plan has to cover. Add a margin for a campaign.

Step 3 of 4: Count your pages and people.
Where: Settings, Pages and Settings, Users show how many you use. A plan with less room pauses the newest beyond it, and history older than its window is kept but not shown.

Fix: Starter covers one brand: 1,000 comments, 3 pages, 2 people, custom AI rules, post cleanup and the DM inbox. Growth is for several pages and a team.
Problem: I need more than 25,000 a month
Fix: Scale plans go up to 500,000 comments a month and are available after checkout.
Problem: What happens on a smaller plan
Fix: What does not fit is paused and the features it lacks close. Nothing is deleted, and an upgrade brings it back.
