Common questions
Can a moderator change moderation rules?
No. A moderator can hide, unhide, delete, reply and archive, and nothing else. Changing rules takes a manager on a page they can see, an administrator, or the owner.
What can an administrator not do that the owner can?
Billing. The owner alone holds the plan, invoices and deleting the account. An administrator manages pages, rules, agents, automations and people, and cannot remove the owner.
Which role should a freelancer or agency get?
Manager if they run moderation and replies, Moderator if they should only act on comments. Then tick the pages they were hired for under Page access, so they see only those and not the pages you add later.
Who can see the Users, Pages and Account tabs?
Only owners and administrators. Managers and moderators work on the comments of the pages they can see; a role is workspace-wide, and page access is a separate setting.

If something is off
Problem: A manager cannot change rules
Fix: Managers can change moderation on the pages they see. If they cannot, check their page access rather than their role.
Problem: I want someone to see billing but not rules
Fix: That combination does not exist. Billing belongs to the owner.
Problem: Who can remove people
Fix: Owners and administrators.
