If something is off
- They see a page I did not give them
- They are an owner or administrator; those see everything.
- They still see every page
- Specific pages with none ticked counts as all pages.
- A new page did not reach them
- They have specific pages; add the new one.
Common questions
Which plans can limit a teammate to specific pages?
Growth, Pro and Elite. Below Growth every teammate sees all pages; a scope set in the trial is kept and applies again on upgrade.
Can I restrict an administrator to certain pages?
No. Page access applies to managers and moderators; owners and administrators see every page by design. Give the person the Manager role if they should see only some pages.
Will a teammate with all pages see pages I connect later?
Yes. All pages under Page access means every page, now and in future. Someone with specific pages ticked sees a new page only once you add it to their list.
Does page access also limit what a teammate sees in Insights?
Yes. Their inbox, their Insights and their page list all narrow to the pages they were given, and a link to a page they cannot see returns nothing for them.

Context: Page access decides what a manager or a moderator can see. Set it to all pages and they see every page, including ones you add later; set it to specific pages, tick them, and they see only those. Page-level access is included from Growth.

Steps
Step 1 of 3: Open the person.
Where: Settings, Users, then Edit next to their name.

You should see: Their role, and Page access under it.
Step 2 of 3: Choose the pages.
Where: Page access is a menu with two choices: User has access to all pages in my account, or User has access to specific pages in my account. Pick the second and tick the pages they should have.

You should see: Their row shows All pages, or the pages you picked.
Step 3 of 3: Check what they will see.

You should see: A workspace that contains only what concerns them.
If something is off
Problem: They see a page I did not give them
Fix: They are an owner or an administrator. Change the role, or accept that the role sees everything.
Problem: They still see every page
Fix: Page access is set to specific pages with none ticked, which counts as all pages. Tick at least one.
Problem: A new page did not reach them
Fix: They have specific pages. Add the new one to their list.
