If something is off
- No pages found on this Facebook account
- Reconnect with the account that manages your Pages.
- It is a personal profile
- Personal profiles are not supported; it has to be a Page.
- It is a group
- Groups are not supported by Meta for this.
Common questions
Which Facebook role do I need for a page to be offered?
Full Page access. A task-level role on Facebook can read but not moderate, and such a page may not be offered in the dialog; CommentWatchDog can only see what your Facebook login manages.
Where is the Refresh pages button?
At the top of Available to add on the Pages tab. Press it after linking an Instagram account to a Facebook Page, and the account appears with its mark, ready to add.
Can I add a page that belongs to someone else's Facebook account?
No. CommentWatchDog can only see what your Facebook login manages. A workspace has one Facebook login, and pages under a different login cannot be added to it.

Context: A page can be missing for three reasons: it was left unselected in the Facebook dialog, your Facebook role on it is too limited, or it is an Instagram account without a linked Facebook Page.
Before you start
1. CommentWatchDog can only see what your Facebook login manages.
2. Facebook task-level roles are not always enough; full Page access is.
3. Instagram accounts appear through their linked Facebook Page.
Steps
Step 1 of 3: Reconnect and select everything.
Where: Reconnect Facebook on the Pages tab. In the dialog, make sure every page you want is ticked; it is easy to miss one.

You should see: The page appears in Available to add.
Step 2 of 3: Check your role on the Page.
Where: In Facebook, the Page has to be one your account manages with full access. A task-level role can read but not moderate, and such a page may not be offered.
You should see: With full access, the page is offered in the dialog.
Step 3 of 3: For Instagram, link it and refresh.
Where: In Instagram: Settings, Business tools and controls, then connect or link a Facebook Page. Back here, press Refresh pages at the top of Available to add.

You should see: The Instagram account appears with its mark, ready to add.
If something is off
Problem: No pages found on this Facebook account
Fix: That login manages none, or none were selected. Reconnect with the account that manages your Pages.
Problem: It is a personal profile
Fix: Personal profiles are not supported by Meta for this. It has to be a Page.
Problem: It is a group
Fix: Groups are not supported. Comments on group posts cannot be moderated through the API.
