Common questions

Can I undo disconnecting Facebook?

Yes, by reconnecting. Your rules, agents, automations and history stay in the workspace, and pressing Reconnect Facebook on the Pages tab later restores collection from that moment.

Who can disconnect Facebook from the workspace?

Only an owner or an administrator. Disconnect Facebook sits beside Connected as on the Pages tab, which only those two roles see.

Is there a confirmation before Facebook is disconnected?

Yes. A dialog asks whether to disconnect the account, with Keep connected as the way out. Only Disconnect account ends the connection, and every page then stops receiving comments.
