Common questions
Who can add a page in CommentWatchDog?
Only an owner or an administrator. They are the two roles that see the Pages tab, where Available to add and its Add button live.
Is there a limit on how many pages I can add?
Yes, by plan: Mini watches 1 page, Lite 2, Starter 3, Growth 10, Pro 25 and Elite has no limit. Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts both count, paused ones included, and new comments from each added page count towards the monthly allowance.
Does CommentWatchDog read pages I have not added?
No. The Facebook connection covers every page your login manages, but nothing is read on a page you have not added; adding a page is choosing which of them CommentWatchDog watches.
How soon do comments arrive after I add a page?
Within seconds of being posted. Once the page sits in Connected pages with its switch on and a green Receiving comments label, it appears in the left sidebar under Pages and new comments land in the inbox carrying that page mark.
