Does renaming a page on Facebook affect my rules or history?
No. The name is cosmetic; moderation, rules and history are unaffected, and comments already collected keep pointing at the same page.
Why did the new page name not update by itself?
Page names are stored when a page is added and refreshed when the connection is refreshed. Renaming a page on Facebook does not push the new name to CommentWatchDog on its own; Refresh pages or a reconnect updates it.
Do I have to reconnect Facebook to update a page name?
Usually not. Refresh pages, at the top of Available to add, asks Meta for the current list including names, and the new name shows in the list and in the sidebar after a reload. Reconnect only if the old name persists; it keeps all your settings.

Steps
Step 1 of 2: Press Refresh pages.
Where: At the top of Available to add on the Pages tab. It asks Meta for the current list, including names.
