Result when done: Everyone an automation reached is on one page with what they gave, whether you can message them now, and an export that names its own scope.

Context: Not a CRM. People is what a page owner actually needs from the people an automation reached: get the emails and phone numbers out, find one person and see what happened, and honour "stop" and forget. Everything shown is derived from Meta and the runs; there are no tags to edit, no fields, no broadcasts, because Meta allows a message only inside the 24-hour window after their last message or tap.

Before you start

1. A person is per page: the same human on Instagram and Facebook is two rows.

2. People who asked to stop are skipped by automations and left out of exports unless you tick them in.

3. Export needs Growth; what was collected belongs to you on every plan.

Steps

Step 1 of 3: Open People.

Where: The People button on the Automation list, a gain on a row ("29 emails"), or See people in a row's menu. Filters: All, Has email, Has phone, Can message now, Follows you (Instagram), Asked to stop, From archived; a scope to one automation; search over names, emails and numbers.

You should see: One row per person: who, came from, collected, reply window, last active.

Step 2 of 3: Open a person.

Where: Click the row. Collected: the value with copy and Correct (a typo fixed here keeps what they typed and exports the correction), the consent line: what they replied to, when, via which automation. Reply window: the state and Meta's rule for it. What happened: their runs. Footer: Open the thread, Copy email, Forget.

You should see: Their email with the consent line under it, and the reply window in a sentence.

Step 3 of 3: Export.

Where: Export at the top: the scope in words (the filter, the automation, the search, or the selected people), the columns, and Include people who asked to stop, off by default. Download CSV. Select lets you copy N emails, export or forget a selection.

You should see: A CSV: name, username, email, phone, given on, given to, what they replied to, follows you, first seen, last active, came from.

If something is off

Problem: Someone asked to be forgotten

Fix: Forget in their drawer: name, email and phone are deleted, the runs stay nameless, and if they write again they are a new person. Undo for a few seconds.

Problem: I cannot message someone

Fix: The reply window is closed: more than 24 hours since they wrote or tapped. Meta lets the page send again only after they write or tap something.

Problem: A page shows nobody

Fix: The empty state says why: no automation asks for an email, the automation is paused, or it replies publicly and never reaches anyone privately.

Common questions

Question: Can I filter by tag?

Answer: Yes. When anyone on the page carries a tag, a tag chip sits next to the automation scope at the top; pick one and the list, the count and the export follow it. Tags come from the capture block ("Tag") and from a link automation (the link name, plus any you add), and every one is a record on your account, so two spellings never make two tags.

Question: Can I send a message to everyone with an email?

Answer: Not from here: Meta allows a message only inside the 24-hour window after their last message or tap. Export the emails and send from the tool you already use.

Question: What does the consent line cover?

Answer: What they replied to, when, and which automation asked. They gave the address in a chat, for what the automation offered; anything else you send is on your own consent basis.
