Context: Instagram only, because Facebook does not report story replies to apps. Replies, mentions or both; for replies, any reply or only ones with a keyword ("reply PRICE to this story"). A fan who reacts to every story gets one message a day.
Before you start
1. Instagram accounts only.
2. Starter and above.
3. Emoji reactions to a story count as replies.
Steps
Step 1 of 2: Choose replies, mentions or both, and the keyword if any.
Where: Step 1, Which: Replies and mentions, Replies only, Mentions only. For replies: Any reply, or Only with a keyword.

You should see: The summary names the choice.
Step 2 of 2: Write the message back and save.
Where: Step 2, The message back: the text with variations and link buttons, then Add another message for up to five more (a text, an image or video, a PDF, a card with buttons), each sent as its own message right after. Advanced settings: Once per person per day, Ask for their email or phone after, Notify me.

If something is off
Problem: It is not offered on my Facebook page
Fix: Facebook does not report story replies, so the recipe exists on Instagram accounts only.
Problem: A mention did not trigger
Fix: Instagram reports a mention when the account is tagged in a story; a mention in a caption is a comment, not a story.
