Common questions
Can I change the email address I sign in with?
Not yet. Your sign-in email cannot be changed, so it is the address the invitation was sent to. A different address is a different account.
Can I use an invitation link a second time?
No. An invitation link expires or stops working once used. If you never accepted it, the owner or an administrator can revoke the old invitation and send a new one from the Users tab; the fresh link sets your name and password.
Will a password reset email arrive if I turned off email notifications?
Yes. The reset link is on the sign-in page and the email arrives whatever your notification preferences say. Password resets are essential emails.
