Common questions
Why is my Instagram account not in the list of pages to add?
Because Instagram appears through its linked Facebook Page. Link the account to a Page in the Instagram app, then use Refresh pages on the Pages tab; the account appears with the Instagram mark.
Does a task-level Facebook role let me add a page?
Not reliably. A limited role may not be offered to apps at all; full Page access is more reliable, and with full access the page is offered. The Page has to be one your Facebook account manages.
Where does the list of pages I can add come from?
From Meta. The list shows what Meta offers for the connected login, so a page is missing when it was not selected in the Facebook dialog, when your Facebook role on it is limited, or when it is an Instagram account without a linked Page.
Can I add pages from a second Facebook account to the same workspace?
No. CommentWatchDog uses one Facebook login per workspace. Every Facebook page and Instagram account that login manages can be added, up to your plan's page limit, but pages under a different Facebook login cannot be added to the same workspace.
