Common questions
Is there a password for CommentWatchDog?
No. You sign in with a six-digit code or a one-click link that CommentWatchDog emails you, or with Continue with Google. There is nothing to remember and nothing to reset.
Where does the name on my profile appear?
Against the replies you send: your teammates see it there, and Insights shows it next to your replies. Change First name and last name on the Profile tab and press Save; Insights shows the new name from then on.
Will signing in on my phone sign me out on my laptop?
No. Each device keeps its own session for thirty days. Sign out on a device to end it there, or remove a device you do not recognise from the Notifications tab.

If something is off
Problem: I need to change my email
Fix: It cannot be changed yet. An owner can invite the new address and remove the old user.
Problem: I did not get a sign-in code
Fix: Check spam. The email arrives whatever your notification switches say; ask for a new one from the sign-in page after a minute.
Problem: I think someone else is using my account
Fix: Only your inbox can open it: remove any device you do not recognise from the Notifications tab, and check who else can read your email.
