Can I undo archiving a conversation?

Yes. An Undo appears for a few seconds after you archive, and after that you can unarchive it from the Archive tab beside Inbox.

Does Archive all tell me how many conversations it will archive?

Yes. The confirmation names how many conversations it will archive and says they come back when the customer writes again.

Before you start

1. Archiving changes nothing for the customer.

2. A conversation returns to the inbox when they write again.

3. Archive all clears a backlog on a page you have taken over.

Steps

Step 1 of 3: Archive one conversation.

Where: The archive control on the conversation, or a swipe on a phone. An Undo appears for a few seconds.
