Common questions
Which plans include insights for a brand?
Growth, Pro and Elite, where page groups are included. Insights per page are on every plan.
What does brand mean in Insights?
A page group: a Facebook Page and its Instagram account together, and any other pages that belong to it. Filtering Insights by brand reads the whole group as one business.
Can a page be in two brands at once?
No. A page belongs to one group at a time, so its numbers appear under one brand.
Where do I create a brand for Insights?
On the Pages tab in Settings, under Page groups: name it after the brand and tick its pages. The group then appears in the Brand filter in Insights, beside the range.
Does filtering by brand change the chart and the tables too?
Yes. Every count, the chart and the tables then cover that group, so you get one set of numbers for the brand rather than one per page.
