Common questions

Can I share an Insights view with a teammate?

Yes. The range is in the address of the page, so a view can be bookmarked or sent. A teammate opening it sees the same period for the pages they have access to.

Which date ranges can I pick in Insights?

This week, Last week, This month, Last month, or a custom range with a From and a To, all under Date range at the top. Everything on the page reloads for the period you pick.

Can I see Insights for one page only?

Yes. The Insights tab on a single page shows that page alone. The Insights tab above the comment list covers every page you have access to.

How do I compare this month with last month?

Read the same four counts under one range, then the other. This month and Last month are both in the Date range menu, and thirty days against the previous thirty is the comparison most people want.

If something is off

Problem: The numbers look low

Fix: The range may be shorter than you think, or you are on a single page rather than all of them.

Problem: A teammate sees different numbers

Fix: They may have access to fewer pages. Page access is on the Users tab.

Problem: Nothing at all is shown

Fix: No comments arrived in that period, or the pages were added after it.
