Common questions
Which plans include CSV and email exports?
Growth, Pro and Elite. On smaller plans, Export CSV shows a lock and the plan that opens it; the insights themselves are on every plan.
Which email address does an exported CSV go to?
The address you sign in with, when you choose Send to my email under Export CSV. Exports you request are always sent, whatever your email preferences say.
When should I email the export instead of downloading it?
For a large range. A small export downloads straight away; a large one is emailed to you when it is ready, so a big range never blocks the page.
Does the export include every page or only the ones I filtered?
Only what is on screen: the same range, the same source and the same pages. Set them before you export and the page shows exactly what the file will contain.
Who on the team can export Insights?
Anyone on your team. The file follows the range, the source and the pages that person can see.
