Common questions

What changes when I add a page during a cleanup?

Its new comments start arriving in your inbox, your moderation rules watch them, and deleted comments stay in its Bin. The card names the page and lists exactly this before you choose Add and continue.

Does adding another page cost more?

Not while your plan has room: Starter watches 3 pages, Growth 10, Pro 25 and Elite has no limit. At the limit, the add opens a dialog naming the plan with room. What counts towards the allowance is the new comments on the added page.

Can I add a page that a different Facebook account manages?

No. One Facebook login is connected per workspace, and only the pages that login manages can be added, from a cleanup or anywhere else.

Will I be asked about the page again next time I paste one of its posts?

No. You are asked only when a page is new to CommentWatchDog. Once it is added, its posts load straight away.
