Common questions
How long does my CommentWatchDog password have to be?
At least eight characters. Under Password on the Profile tab, enter your current password, then the new one, then press Change password.
Will changing my password sign me out on my other devices?
No. A password change signs out nothing else, so your other devices stay signed in and sessions continue.
Where does the name on my profile appear?
Against the replies you send: your teammates see it there, and Insights shows it next to your replies. Change First name and last name on the Profile tab and press Save; Insights then shows the new name.
