Result when done: A teammate joins your workspace with the role and pages you chose.
Context: An invitation is an email with a link. The person sets their name and password, and lands in your workspace with the role and page access you picked when you invited them.

Before you start:
1. One email belongs to one workspace at a time.
2. Team members are included on every plan.
3. The invitation can be revoked before it is accepted.

Steps:
Step 1 of 3: Fill the invite form.
Where: Settings, Users. The form is on the right on a computer and under the list on a phone: email, role, page access.

You should see: The three choices that decide what they will see.

Step 2 of 3: Send it.
Where: Send invite. They receive an email with a link that asks only for their name and a password.

You should see: Invitation sent, and the person appears in the list as pending.

Step 3 of 3: Wait for them to accept.
Where: Their row reads Invitation pending until they use the link. Once accepted, the row shows their name, role and pages.

You should see: A normal teammate row, with everything you chose already applied.

If something is off:
Problem: They did not get the email
Fix: Ask them to check spam, then revoke and send a new invitation.
Problem: That email already has an account or a pending invite
Fix: Remove the pending invite, or ask them to use another address.
Problem: Too many attempts
Fix: The form limits repeated tries. Wait fifteen minutes and send again.

Common questions:
Question: Do team members cost extra on any plan?
Answer: No, but each plan has a number of seats, counting you: Mini and Lite 1, Starter 2, Growth 5, Pro 15 and Elite unlimited. Pending invitations hold a seat; at the limit, Send invite opens a dialog naming the plan with more.
Question: Can someone be in two workspaces with the same email?
Answer: No. One email belongs to one workspace at a time, so a person who already has an account in another workspace needs a different address to join yours.
Question: Can I change the role or pages after sending the invite?
Answer: Before they accept, revoke the invitation and send a new one with the role and pages you want. Once they have joined, Edit next to their name on the Users tab changes the role and the page access at any time, and the change applies as soon as you save.
Question: Can I invite a teammate from my phone?
Answer: Yes. On a phone the invite form sits under the list on the Users tab, with the same three fields as on a computer: email, role and page access. Send invite does the rest.
