Guide: Change the workspace name

Result when done: The name your teammates and your invoices show is the one you want.
Context: The workspace name appears in invitations and on your billing records. It is one field, changed at any time, and it affects nothing else.

Before you start:
1. The name is shown to teammates you invite and on billing records.
2. Changing it does not affect pages, rules or history.
3. It is a workspace-wide setting, not a personal one.

Steps:
Step 1 of 2: Open the Settings tab.
Where: Settings, then the Settings tab, which holds the account-wide settings. Workspace name is at the top.

You should see: The current name, with a line saying where it is shown.

Step 2 of 2: Change it and save.
Where: Type the new name and press Save at the bottom of the form.

You should see: Saved appears, and new invitations and invoices carry the new name.

If something is off:
Problem: An old invoice has the old name
Fix: Invoices keep the name they were issued with. New ones use the new name.
Problem: My teammates still see the old name
Fix: They see it on their next load; ask them to reload the app.

Common questions:
Question: Who can change the workspace name?
Answer: Owners and administrators. Workspace name is at the top of the Settings tab under Settings, and it is a workspace-wide setting rather than a personal one.
Question: Where does the workspace name appear?
Answer: In the invitations you send to teammates and on your billing records. Changing it affects nothing else: pages, rules and history stay as they are.
Question: Can I change the workspace name from my phone?
Answer: Yes. On a phone the Settings tab shows Workspace name at the top as well; type the new name and press Save at the bottom of the form, and Saved appears.
