Context: A collab post belongs to more than one account, and a reel is a post like any other. What you can moderate depends on whether the post belongs to a page you manage.

Before you start:
1. Reels are ordinary posts for moderation: comments arrive and rules run.
2. A collab post is owned by the account that created it.
3. You can moderate comments on posts owned by your pages.

Steps:
Step 1 of 2: Check who owns the post.
Where: The preview panel on a comment names the post and the page it belongs to.

You should see: The owning page, which tells you whether you can act.

Step 2 of 2: Clean a reel like any post.
Where: Post cleanup takes the reel link the same way it takes a post link.

You should see: Every comment on the reel, ready to check and act on.

If something is off:
Problem: A collab post is not accepted
Fix: It belongs to the other account. They can moderate it; you cannot.
Problem: Reel comments do not arrive
Fix: Check the account is added and receiving comments, then load the reel in cleanup to fetch what exists.

Question: Do I need to set anything up for comments on reels to be moderated?
Answer: No. Reels are ordinary posts for moderation: comments arrive and rules run like any other post.
Question: Can I run post cleanup on a reel?
Answer: Yes. Post cleanup takes the reel link the same way it takes a post link and fetches every comment on the reel, ready to check and act on. It accepts a Facebook post or ad link and an Instagram post or reel link.
Question: If my page created a collab post, can I moderate its comments?
Answer: Yes. A collab post is owned by the account that created it, and you can moderate comments on posts owned by your pages. The preview panel on a comment names the post and the page it belongs to, which tells you whether you can act.
