Result when done: The first message a person ever sends is met with a welcome and up to four questions they can tap before they type.
Context: One welcome per page. It goes out once, to a person's very first message, and the four questions are shown before they type: Meta calls them ice breakers on Instagram and Messenger. Saving writes them to the platform; a tap opens the window with the welcome and the answer.

Before you start:
1. Starter and above.
2. One welcome per page: saving it writes the questions to Instagram or Messenger.
3. Meta allows four questions.

Steps:
Step 1 of 3: Write the welcome.
Where: Step 1, The welcome: sent once, to their very first message.

You should see: The phone shows the welcome as the first bubble.

Step 2 of 3: Add the questions and their answers.
Where: Step 2, Questions they can tap: up to four, each with the answer they get; the grip reorders them. "Talk to a person" as a question pauses automations on the thread and notifies the team.

You should see: The phone shows the chips; tap one on the preview to see the answer land.

Step 3 of 3: Save.
Where: Save writes the questions to the platform. The editor says Questions updated on Instagram (or Messenger), or shows the platform's error and retries.

You should see: The note under the header confirms the write.

If something is off:
Problem: The questions do not show on Instagram
Fix: Instagram shows them to people who open a new conversation from your profile; an existing thread keeps its history. The write can take a few minutes to appear.
Problem: I want a second welcome on the same page
Fix: A page has one set of questions on the platform, so one welcome. Edit the existing one.

Common questions:
Question: Does the welcome go to people who wrote before?
Answer: No. Only a person's very first message on the page.
Question: What if they type instead of tapping?
Answer: The welcome goes alone, then the keyword automations or the agent take the typed message.
