Result when done: Every sweep you ran is listed with what it did, and one click opens its task.
Context: A sweep is a bulk hide or delete you started from Post cleanup. Insights lists them separately from your live moderation, with what each one did and a way into the task itself.

Before you start:
1. Sweeps are kept apart from live moderation so the daily trend is honest.
2. Each row names the post and what the sweep did to it.
3. Open task goes to the per-item outcomes.

Step 1 of 3: Find the sweeps.
Where: The Post cleanup section in Insights, under the chart.

You should see: One row per sweep, with hidden, deleted and failed counts.

Step 2 of 3: Open the task behind a sweep.
Where: Open task, on the row. It goes to the task with its per-item outcomes and what Meta said for each failure.

You should see: Exactly what happened to every comment in that sweep.

Step 3 of 3: Or open the post.
Where: View post, on the same row, opens the post on Facebook or Instagram.

You should see: The post itself, so you can see the result.

If something is off:
Problem: No sweeps in this period
Fix: None ran. Sweeps start from the Post cleanup tool.
Problem: A sweep shows failures
Fix: Open the task; each failure keeps what Meta said, and Retry failed runs only those.
Problem: The post is gone
Fix: It was deleted on the platform. The task keeps the record.

Common questions:
Question: What counts as a sweep in Insights?
Answer: A bulk hide or delete you started from Post cleanup. Each one is a row in the Post cleanup section, naming the post with its hidden, deleted and failed counts.
Question: Can I open the cleaned post itself from Insights?
Answer: Yes. View post, on the sweep's row, opens the post on Facebook or Instagram so you can see the result.
Question: What does Open task show me?
Answer: The task behind the sweep, with the outcome of every comment in it and what Meta said for each failure.
Question: Do the listed sweeps follow the date range?
Answer: Yes. The Post cleanup section lists the sweeps that ran in the period you picked, like every other number on the page.
