Result when done: A push or email to you or the team when someone reaches this step.
Context: Notify the team sends a push, an email or both, each time someone reaches the step, opening the flow’s runs, where that person’s chat is one tap away. The flow carries on without waiting: a booking request, a big order or a lead with an email lands on your phone as it happens.

Before you start:
1. Sent each time someone reaches the step.
2. The flow carries on; it does not wait for anyone.
3. It works anywhere in a flow, on both platforms.

Steps:
Step 1 of 3: Add Notify the team to your flow.
Where: Open the flow (Automation, then the flow's row). In the Steps panel on the left, under Do (scroll the panel down), drag Notify the team onto the canvas, or select the step it should follow and click Notify the team. On a phone: Add step at the top left of the canvas, then Notify the team under Do.

You should see: The Notify the team card is on the canvas and its settings panel is open (a sheet on a phone).

Step 2 of 3: Choose who gets it.
Where: Panel, Who gets it: Your team, or Just me.

You should see: The card names who and how.

Step 3 of 3: Choose how.
Where: Panel, How: Push, Email, or Push and email.

You should see: The card reads, for example, Your team · Push.

If something is off:
Problem: The push did not arrive
Fix: Pushes go to devices with notifications turned on. See the guide on push notifications.
Problem: Too many notifications
Fix: Put the step after a Condition, so only the people that matter reach it.

Common questions:
Question: Does the flow wait for someone to answer the notification?
Answer: No. The notification goes and the flow carries on at once.
Question: What does the notification contain?
Answer: The flow and the person who reached the step; opening it shows the flow's runs, where their chat is one tap away.
