Guide: One agent per page

Result when done: Every page has exactly one voice, and you know which agent speaks for it.
Context: An agent covers the pages you assign to it, and a page belongs to one agent at a time. That is deliberate: two agents on one page would answer the same comment twice, in two voices.

Before you start:
1. A page taken by another agent is marked as used by that agent.
2. One agent can cover several pages when they share a voice and a set of facts.
3. Moving a page between agents takes effect immediately.

Steps:
Step 1 of 3: Open Pages this agent covers.
Where: On the agent, in Settings, AI agents. Every page you have is listed; those already taken say which agent has them.

You should see: A page can be ticked only when no other agent holds it.

Step 2 of 3: Group pages that share a voice.
Where: Two shops with the same products and the same policies can share an agent. A different brand, a different language, or different prices deserves its own.

You should see: Fewer agents to maintain, without a page answering in the wrong voice.

Step 3 of 3: Move a page to another agent.
Where: Untick it on the agent that holds it and save, then tick it on the other one. The change applies to the next comment.

You should see: The new agent answers from the next comment onward.

If something is off:
Problem: The page I want is greyed out
Fix: Another agent covers it. The row names which one.
Problem: I want two voices on one page
Fix: That is what keyword automations are for: they answer specific phrases with fixed replies, beside the agent.
Problem: Nothing is generated on a new page
Fix: It is not covered by any agent yet. Add it to one.

Common questions:
Question: Can one AI agent cover several Facebook pages or Instagram accounts?
Answer: Yes. One agent can cover several pages when they share a voice and a set of facts, for example two shops with the same products and policies. Tick each page under Pages this agent covers.
Question: Why can't two AI agents share the same page?
Answer: Because two agents on one page would answer the same comment twice, in two voices. A page belongs to one agent at a time, and a page taken by another agent is marked as used by it.
Question: When I move a page to a different agent, does it re-answer old comments?
Answer: No. The change takes effect immediately and applies to the next comment; the new agent answers from the next comment onward.
Question: Should pages in different languages or with different prices share one agent?
Answer: No. A different brand, a different language or different prices deserves its own agent; share one only between pages with the same voice and the same facts.
