Guide: What a plan gate is and how to unlock a feature

Result when done: You know why an action stopped, what the plan that allows it gives, and that nothing was lost.
Context: Some features and limits depend on the plan. When an action needs a bigger plan, a small dialog opens at that moment: the feature, three lines on what the plan that allows it gives, that plan with its price, and two buttons. Nothing is deleted.

Before you start:
1. A control that needs a bigger plan stays visible, with a lock and the plan name after its label.
2. Only the owner can change the plan; everyone else sees the same explanation.
3. Everything a smaller plan cannot use is kept, and comes back on upgrade.

Steps:
Step 1 of 3: Read the dialog.
Where: It opens over the page when you use a control with a lock, or when an action goes past a limit, such as a fourth page on Starter. The top line names the feature and the first plan that has it.
You should see: The question, three lines on what that plan gives, and the plan with its price.

Step 2 of 3: Choose Not now, or see the plan.
Where: Not now closes it and leaves everything as it was. The See button, with the plan name, opens the plan change on the Account tab, or checkout during the trial, with that plan picked.

You should see: The plan with room for what you wanted to do, ready to confirm.

Step 3 of 3: Go back to what you were doing.
Where: Once the plan changes, the page you came from works, and anything the plan had paused comes back, oldest first.
You should see: The action runs, and paused pages, agents and seats are on again.

If something is off:
Problem: I am not the owner
Fix: The dialog says only the owner can change the plan. Send them the page you were on.
Problem: The dialog names Growth but I want Pro
Fix: It names the first plan that has the feature or the room. Every higher plan has it too.
Problem: Something stopped after my trial ended
Fix: The trial runs every feature at Elite level. Your plan keeps what it includes; the rest is paused, never deleted.

Common questions:
Question: Is anything deleted when my plan does not include a feature?
Answer: No. Messages keep arriving and are kept, rules and agents keep their settings, and pages, agents or seats beyond the plan are paused. An upgrade brings them back.
Question: Why does a locked control still show?
Answer: So you can see what exists and which plan opens it. The lock and the plan name sit after the label, and a click explains instead of failing.
Question: Can a teammate unlock a feature?
Answer: No. Only the owner can change the plan. Teammates see the same dialog, with a note that the owner decides.
