Guide: Resume a plan

Start in the app: https://app.commentwatchdog.com/en/settings/account
Result when done: Everything you set up starts working again in one click.
Context: A workspace whose plan ended keeps everything: pages, rules, agents, automations, saved replies and history. Choosing a plan again switches moderation back on exactly as it was.

Before you start:
1. Nothing was deleted when the plan ended.
2. Comments that arrived while it was paused are in the inbox.
3. Only the owner can choose a plan.

Steps:
Step 1 of 3: Open the Account tab.
Where: Settings, then Account. Without a plan, the grid is shown with Choose a plan above it.

You should see: The plans, each with what it includes.

Step 2 of 3: Choose one.
Where: The plan you want, then checkout. It starts immediately.

You should see: Moderation resumes and the pages return to Receiving comments.

Step 3 of 3: Check the pages.
Where: Settings, Pages. Every page you had is still listed and starts receiving comments again.

You should see: Your pages watched again, with the rules you left them with.

If something is off:
Problem: My pages are disconnected
Fix: A long pause can expire the Facebook connection. Reconnect on the Pages tab.
Problem: The comments from the pause are unhandled
Fix: They arrived but were not processed. Run a post cleanup on the affected posts to catch up.
Problem: I want a different plan than before
Fix: Choose any plan; nothing ties you to the previous one.

Common questions:
Question: Do I have to set up my rules and agents again after resuming?
Answer: No. A workspace whose plan ended keeps everything: pages, rules, agents, automations, saved replies and history. Choosing a plan again switches moderation back on exactly as it was.
Question: How soon does moderation start again after I choose a plan?
Answer: Immediately. Pick the plan, then checkout; moderation resumes and the pages return to Receiving comments.
Question: Does CommentWatchDog still collect comments while my plan is paused?
Answer: Yes. Comments that arrived while it was paused are in the inbox, and nothing was deleted when the plan ended.
