Context: Annual billing is the same plan with two months free. Nothing else changes: the same features, the same allowance each month, the same pages.

Before you start:
1. Annual is two months free on the same plan.
2. Switching does not change your plan or your allowance.
3. Only the owner can change the billing period.

Steps:
Step 1 of 2: Look at the offer.
Where: Settings, Account. On a monthly plan, the Billing line offers Switch to annual with the saving named.

Where: Switch to annual shows the charge for today before you confirm. When choosing a plan, Yearly above the cards does the same.

You should see: The same plan, billed once a year, with the renewal date updated.

If something is off:
Problem: Can I go back to monthly
Fix: Yes. Change plan, then Monthly and your plan. It applies at the end of the paid year.
Problem: Is my allowance annual now
Fix: No. The allowance is monthly; only the billing is annual.
Problem: What happens to the time I already paid for
Fix: It is accounted for when the change is made; the invoice shows the detail.

Common questions:
Question: How much do I save with annual billing?
Answer: Two months. Annual is the same plan at ten months' price: Starter $290 a year, Growth $490, Pro $990 and Elite $1,990, against $29, $49, $99 and $199 a month.
Question: Can an administrator switch the workspace to annual billing?
Answer: No. Only the owner can change the billing period. The Billing line on Settings, Account offers the switch, and Change plan has Monthly and Yearly above the plans.
Question: Does switching to annual change which features or pages I get?
Answer: No. Annual billing is the same plan with two months free: the same features, the same pages and the same allowance each month. Only the billing and the renewal date change.
